Help with Japanese dictionary install

Hi there,

I've sent the following email to the support address ([email protected])but I've got no reply:

I hope you can help. I've tried to re-install Japanese Romanji Talking Dictionary 3.1.49 but it's not working on my device i-mate- jasjar
upon entering the registration code I get the error:

"The registration key you entered is not valid! Please double check it for symbols 0,o,1,i,l,"
I sent this along with my registration details but I have recieved no response.

Can anyone please advise on this?
