registration problem and no response from lingvosoft  XML

Two weeks ago I bought Lingvosoft Suite 2006 German-Czech for PocketPC. Everythings was OK up to the registration process of LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary 2007 German <-> Czech. I have tried to register this soft many times but without success. Afterwards I went into lingvosoft forum I made out that I am not alone with this registration problem. I found out I have to send email to support and ask for new reg. keys. OK, I did it but after a week I did not have any response. Than I send email to [email protected] - next three days and NOTHING. Finally I have sent email to [email protected] but next three days and AGAIN NOTHING!
SO MY EASY QUESTION IS: IS THERE ANYBODY WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO RESOLVE THIS REGISTRATION PROBLEM OR I CAN THROW THIS SOFT DIRECTLY TO WASTE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ANY CHANGE TO GET NEW REG. KEYS???

Dear Kate,

I have already sent two emails to your address but up to now I have been still waiting for any response. In the second email I asked you to confirm me that you got that email but nothing is happened.
I really need a germany-czech dictionary and so it is really stupid to have 10% functional product. So I am thinking to buy this dictionary from other company because it seems it was really big mistake to buy your Lingvosoft Suite Germany-Czech in your promotion.
