I want to purchase this program for the pocket pc but I can't get the trial to work.

I have a Mitac Mio 168 running version 4.20.0 (build 14053) microsoft pocket pc. When I try to install the CAB file "PD_EnCHSimp" I get the error :
"Lingvosoft Dictionary 2007 (Eng-Chi (Simplified)) was not installed successfully. Please run setup again."

I also get this error if I use the exe download via activesync. The other 2 components install OK but this one won't ? Can I use this software? It has Mio168 in the compatibility list.
