Hi there people, i have bought an electrical product from china, i have looked all over the internet to try and find out if will need to buy a convertor to be able to use it. I know that ill have to buy a plug adaptor but cant find out if im going to need a convertor because the chinese power supply is 220volts,50hz and the uk is 230/240,50hz.
any help is appreciated-rikrom

Hello,
To avoid any possible damage to the device, I'd recommend to get the power converter as well.
The converters that we have can convert 110 voltage in the US to voltage in other countries only. Unfortunately, we don't have any that can convert 220V to 240V in the UK.
I suggest that you contact the product manufacturer in China to get their advice and to check if they have suitable converters.
