Which english <> spanish translator do I choose

I'm looking for an electronic translator with among other things, speaking capabilities of any text and words and from dictionary, I can add slang and new words, converts words and sentences into various tenses (most important), sentence billder, has reverse translation, and word recognition. Which do you sugget?
