Hi Lingvo,
You guys processed my order for LingvoSoft Suite 2006 English <-> Thai for Pocket PC on Monday the 12th of Jan, sent a download link and reg keys, but haven't answered my inquiries.
I've used your support form once, sent 2 emails and still haven't received a reply regarding my inability to register your product on my pocket pc. The 3 registration keys, when entered into the correct applications on my pocket pc, come back as "the registration key you entered is not valid".
My order number is: Order# LSC-170247
Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi Kate,
I'm sure you're doing the best you can, but bought your product 9 days ago and haven't received reg codes that work yet.
I'm trying hard to be a satisfied customer but you're making it very hard.
Isn't there something you can do to solve this? I'm not the only poster here on this board with this problem.
