I recently purchsed both, Lingosoft Thai - English, and Vietnamese - English Dictionaries for my Dopod D810 PDA runing on Windows Mobile 5 Phone Edition (Version 5.1.342, Build 15096.3.0.0)
For both, the keyboard installs normally and displays in the list of SIPs, but when you select "Thai Keyboard" or "Vietnamese Keyboard", the standard English keyboard remains on the screen.
The fonts work properly for both programs, so the screen displays the Thai and Vietnamese fonts correctly, but without the keyboard layouts you cannot type anything so the dictionary programs are rendered useless.

I already downloaded the Keyboard Utility from the support page, and upgraded to the keyboard versions suggested there, but to no avail.

I would be very grateful if anybody could help me with this problem.

Thank you in advance!

This is known issue occuring because of SIP's on pocket pc platform for some devices.
System memory range for loading necessary files (.DLL) rather small and run out quickly.
You should soft reset your device and open keyboard prior to any other programs!
