Hi,

I have recently purchased an Ectaco Partner PW800. It already has Thai installed but I have tried everything to install other languages, but to no avail.

I have read every 'read me' file and manual and have also tried the help topics but cannot find anything to explain how to load the languages from the cd onto the device.

Please can you explain how this can be done?

I've tried several more times to install the languages, but it's no good. I can get the languages onto the memory card, but the device does not pick them up. Unless I can use the device for its intended purpose, then it is completely useless.

Does anybody have any ideas?
