errors in flashcard dictionary french-german

I am using the flashcard programm 2006 for Windows and Pocket PC and because of hundreds of errors in the dictionary I am using my own dictionary with about 1500 words and expressions.
Nevertheless I would like to make corrections in the "LINGVOSOFT DICTIONARY" and so I am looking for a method to convert the PDB file into a format which I can edit (Text, XLS dbf, .....)
As far I have seen the 2007 dictionary french-german I am not convinced that error corrections are not needed.
