2007 Spanish-English talking dictionary will not install

I purchased and attempted to install the 2007 version of the Lingvosoft english-spanish talking dictionary 2007 software on my Dell Axim 30x(windows mobile 2003 SE), and it failed to load. I attempted installation using the 'exe' file method and also tried the cab file method. Both ways I received this message on my Axim x30: (''the software has not been installed. Try the installation again ''). I read in the "read me" file that the software is for Windows Mobile 2005, The lingvosoft website reads different saying that it is compatible with my windows mobile version. Of course I would not have purchased if the former is true. Can you please advise?

I'm having a similar problem with the Eng-Ger version. Both the exe and the manual CAB file transfer method have been tried.

The German keyboard that comes with the program does load.
