Dear Support,

On my WM 5 i-mate Jasjar I could successfully install the japanese dictionary...and i can see the Japanese font in the first TAB "MAIN".

The tabs "Filtered" and "Query" shows only squares.

i've checked as suggested and the keyboard font is MSGOTHIC.

The second problem is that now and then... (every 2-3 minutes) the software hangs...and only a reboot of the device solves the problem.

Please check that you have latest version: 3.1.46

Now we are making Pocket PC Dictionaries 2007 update specially designed for a WM 5.0 platform.

Yes, I have installed the latest version 3.1.49...

any idea?

Current version of japanese dictionary does not support WM 5.0

The udate will be released in near future. Beta version is not available so far.
