If I buy the software and used the registration key. What if one day my PDA broken and i got a new one. Can i still use the same key?

Sure. We are warning our customers to save the keys. As according our Terms and Conditions http://www.lingvosoft.com/terms_conditions/
"Registration keys and download information for software products are provided only once. Additional keys can only be generated for an additional charge."
