English-Hebrew Suite - sound file problem on Axim X30

I have the entire English-Hebrew suite installed on my Dell Axim X30. For some reason, the Hebrew sound file does not work in the Talking Dictionary (option grayed out), and the English sound file does not work in the Talking Phrasebook (it says "sound file not installed). I'm not so worried about the English sound file problem in the Talking Phrasebook, but I *really* need the Hebrew sound file in the Talking dictionary to work. What do I need to do to fix this?

BTW, I did purchase this software and have valid registration numbers for all of the modules.

English-Hebrew Talking dictionary speaks only English. You may find it in the product description.

I purchased it from PocketGear, and it wasn't on the description for the Suite. Which dictionary provides the Hebrew sound files then?

I'm very unhappy with your customer service. I e-mailed your company twice before posting here, and it's taken quite a long time for you to get back to me. I may not purchase anymore of your products because of this. If I don't hear back from you quickly about the dictionary with the Hebrew sound files, I will not be purchasing anything from you again.

Sorry, current version of the dictionary does not provide Hebrew pronunciation.

You may always download trial versions of our products, to make sure that the software runs well on your device and suits your needs.

We are working now on developing new versions of our software products. On required version with Hebrew pronunciation as well. As soon as the new version is completed we will publish it.
