After reviewing demo copies of a few translation software, I decided to purchase yours, but when I ordered it from PalmGear.com, it is not even the same version. I went to your website and followed the link to upgrade, but it doesn't recognize the registration key. It looks like the current version is 4.2.30. The version that your partner sent me is 4.1.24 and does not even work the same. What's up? I leave for a trip tomorrow and was hoping to bring this along. Not Happy!!

This is the most ridiculous thing I think I have ever heard. I have never heard of a company that sells old versions of its software through its partners and then turns around and expects to recieve payment the same day to "upgrade". I will be filing a complaint with PalmGear.com and if that doesn't resolve this I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. This is one of the poorest examples of customer service that I have seen. I can guarantee that you will lose business over this because I will let as many people know as I can how you do business. Thanks for nothing. (By the way...my trip that I wanted this software for is over and I am back now. Nice response time. Can you tell I am angry?)

Sorry, the problem is that we have a great number of titles. And they cannot be immediately updated on all our partners websites. There can be delay because of our partners software reviewing policy. All the new versions are always immediately published only on LingvoSoft web site. Please send me an email and I will give you the updates for free. Thank you.
