flashcard builder dictionary fails on pocketpc flashcards

FlashCards English <-> Bulgarian for Pocket PC version 1.3.14 works fine with the supplied dictionary on my qtek9100 (Windows Mobile 5) - I can see the English words, and the corresponding Bulgarian word in Cyrillic.

However when I use a pdb dictionary created with Flashcards Builder 2006, I can see the English words, but the corresponding Bulgarian word is not visible, the Cyrillic characters being replaced by a question mark. So all you see of the Bulgarian word is: ????????

I made several pdb dictionaries for different codepages (ansi, iso, oem etc). All of them have this problem.

It still doesnt work - there is no difference between the version on your site (1.3.15?) which I just downloaded, and the version which I downloaded before.
