Thank-you for your response the codes worked, but a problem I have is I downloaded this software for the Sunday teached at my church and he had already downloaded a demo version and his product indetifier is different than mine.I was planning on deleting my version as soon as I had his working.Is there anything you can do to help me with this problem? Also I believe he has been trying to contact you , his name is Brian Skene and it is ok to deal with him .Please e-mail me back with a way to resolve this problem and if you have a phone number I can contact you with I would prefer that.

Hi Mark,

Sorry, I'm afraid I do not understand the problem. Are you unable to delete the software? Or you have purchased the wrong version?...Could you please give me more details. Thank you.

I also never received register key/software of Babylon-Pro 5.0+ Merriam-Webster's Collegiate English Dictionary and Thesaurus software for Windows.
