I have installed pocket PC Russian/English Promt.
However, there is no Russian virtual keyboard.
How do I install Russian keyboard?
Where do I download Russian keyboard file?

Russian/English Promt does not provide Russian keyboard.
You may download LingvoSoft Russian keyboard from here http://www.lingvosoft.com/posts/list/704.page

It requires registration. So you need to pay for it. For this you should purchase, for example, LingvoSoft Eng/Russian Dictionary. I would offer you the cheapest LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary 2006 Basic English <-> Russian for Pocket PC for just $14,95
