Dear Lingvosoft

I purchased (through Handango) "LingvoSoft English-Spanish Gold
Talking Dictionary 2006," which has a product ID of LD-PKPC-ENES-G-3150. The registration key does not work. I have emailed support and have not received an answer. Please send me a working key ASAP, or an unlocked version of the software, please. I need to hear from you soon as I am stuck in Guatemala without a dictionary.
