The current freeware Bengali font Ekushey Sumit (which translates happy friend) is anything but a good friend to me with the Bengali Flashcards. It is an extremely poor choice for flashcards because the consonant characters, with their extra stylish curves at the bottom, make it difficult to quickly see if those curves are vowels, marking the end of a syllable, or just decorations. Solaiman Lipi, which was available to Lingvosoft, is an easy-to-read choice and closer to the clean font styles you see in dictionaries and books.
Do you plan to make any change soon?

LingvoSoft FlashCards and Dictionaries have option to choose other fonts, installed in PKPC
Just copy it (TrueType font, e.g. Solaiman Lipi) into \Windows\Fonts in your PDA and choose
Tools\Options - Fonts
In update we'll try to include more readable fonts with installation.
