I have just bought the English-Hebrew dictionary for PPC for my new Qtek9000 running WM5. The trial worked fine so I bought the software. Now I have noticed that after a reboot, I cannot bring the Hebrew keyboard back. It shows in the menu, but cannot be selected.

There seems to be a way to get it back, and it is related to running the program OnReboot in the Hebrew Keyboard program folder. It would then appear to me, that for some reason, the program is not run at boot-up.

Hi Kate

Tool/About gives Version 3.1.55 (downloaded on Saturday).

After a reboot, I find that I can get the Hebrew keyboard if I do the following:

Go to the directory /Program files/Hebrew keyboard
click on OnReboot
Go to Settings/Input, select Hebrew Keyboard
Start Dictionary, select Hebrew Keyboard

Otherwise, the Hebrew keyboard appears in the menu but clicking on it does not help. The normal keyboard stays selected.

This is Windows Mobile 5 by the way. The problem is that the trial seemed to work, so I bought the product. It is only after a reboot that the Hebrew keyboard vanishes.Would like to get this sorted out as I am interested in getting the Arabic dictionary as well.

Hi,

Yes, this trouble occurs on some specific devices. The keyboard cannot be installed correctly after the reboot. It will be fixed in upcoming update. Could you please send me your device specs so we could look into the problem more carefully. Thank you.
