I have the same problem. I have bought LingvoSoft Dictionary English-Polish for Pocket PC ver.2.6.03 few months ago and my serial is not valid for LingvoSoft Dictionary 2006 English <-> Polish for Pocket PC.

I also sent e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected] but unfortunatelly my e-mail was also ignored by them

Please, generate me a valid key!

Hi,

This is not the same problem. Your serial code is valid only for the older version. You should purchase the updated version to get the new key code. Please send me an email with your order number to receive a discount. Thank you.

I'm affraid Kate you are in wrong.

First of all please explain me why your "Check for updates" page claims my registration number is wrong???

I have paid for this software (I have a bill), so I'm sure my registration number is legal and VALID!!!

Next thing, "LingvoSoft Dictionary English-Polish for Pocket PC" and
"LingvoSoft Dictionary 2006 English <-> Polish for Pocket PC" is the same software with a differend version number.

I have a right for free updates according to EULA and my legal and valid registration number from LingvoSoft Dictionary English-Polish for Pocket PC should also work with "LingvoSoft Dictionary 2006 English <-> Polish for Pocket PC".

I'm not interested in a "special promotion" for updates when I have a right to get them for free!!!

Bought the Japanese kanji kana software last night. Of course the key provided does not work. Emailed Kate Ashley this morning no reply. I guess I have to wait until next week. I usually dont make a stink about stuff, but i just spent $35 on a product that does not work.
