I've just purchased the suite, downloaded the file, installed the files, input the activation codes. When I run the phrasebook, I get an error saying sound file is not installed.

Hi,

1) If you did not install it, you should go to Start Menu, Programs\LingvoSoft\
LingvoSoft Talking PhraseBook 2006 (English-French) for Pocket PC\
and install the sofrware.

2) If you did install it, try to make soft reset.

I've got the same problem and tried soft reset and install 3 times but still getting the problem. Any thing else I should try?

Device:
I-mate PDA2K, Pocket PC, Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.

Did you install all 3 parts of software?

shortcuts:
"Install LingvoSoft Talking PhraseBook 2006 on your device"
"Install LingvoSoft English Sound Database on your device"
"Install LingvoSoft French Sound Database on your device"

We've checked it many times and cant find any troubles..


Also you can check latest standalone version of phrasebook:
http://www.lingvosoft.com/LingvoSoft-Talking-PhraseBook-English-French-for-Pocket-PC/
Version: 2.1.46
