remove LD Czech Keyboard

Like others on this forum, I am unable to remove LD Keyboard from my device. I've tried several times to uninstall- it reboots and nothing is removed. I've manually deleted the program files but the keyboard is still there.

I have WM5, Dell x51v.

here is a link on software which allows to disable virtual keyboards installed on PDAs:

Download this *.cab file and transfer it to your PDA, then run it from there.

Run it how? there is no program associated with this file, so it doesn't run or do anything.

...you must delete the Lingvo file that is placed in the My Device\Windows\AppMgr folder.

I can't delete these files becasue they are 'in use'

Any advice on how to completely remove this program would be greatly appreciated.
