Upgrade to 2006 english->thai

Hi, Is there an upgrade price for the 2006 version talking thai dictionary. I purchased this about 6 months ago and would like to upgrade. Has the dictionary been extended?

I must say that I find this product invaluable as I am english living and working in thailand.

What would be useful in the software though would be the ability to "add" our own words/phrases to the dictionary. With languages like thai, one thai word can have many english translations due to tones, it would be nice to be able to add these into the dictionary somehow (and perhaps associate a sound file with the word to assist pronunciation).
