Registrations in "Learning Spanish Software Bundle for PPC

I purchased this bundle from an online vendor which said once purchased no registration keys would be needed. After downloading I was directed to a LingvoSoft page that noted the four programs and gave a registration key for the first three. The forth program is actually free so required none. The key for the Gold Talking Eng Span dictionary was 12 characters, but on the program's registration page it presented 5 blocks to be filled in indicating a 25 character key. The read me file directed me to a LingvoSoft page to receive a key. The page asked me for my name and credit card number I assumed to verify my purchase. I was sent a working key with 25 characters but was charged for the program again? I wrote the vendor and received a boiler plate letter. How can I resolve this?
