I have downloaded and installed the LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary 2006 Free English <-> Turkish for Pocket PC to try out before considering purchasing one of the full versions but it does not allow Turkish words to be pronounced using the TTS Synthesis.

Hi Steve,

Free version does not provide TTS Synthesis. I would offer you to download trial version of one of the full versions to evaluate.
