I have just installed the 2006 windows talking dictionary. How do I display the Turkish character letters in the input line?

for example -- ŞABLON ÇIKARMAK -- the "s" and the "c" are part of the Turkish alphabet?

Probably you should install turkish language support
+ turkish input locale if your system does not support it...
