Problems trying to pay with credit card

Hi,

I take some days trying to pay with credit card, but I cannot do it. Message showed is:

"Attention

# Transaction failed.
Please check your Credit Card details and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected]"

My VISA credit card is perfect, yesterday I have could purchase online some products by Internet.

I wrote some days ago to the above address but I haven't received response yet.

Kate, could you tell me what I can do? Could you tell me what information of my credit card is creating the problems?

By the way, what does happen with the bug in FlashCards English - Japanese?

Please send me your email address you enter into order form so we could check out. But most likely there is some problem with your credit card...

As for FlashCards English - Japanese bug, I forwarded this info to our dev department. When the bug is fixed I post this in the forum.
