I had to do a hard reset on my Treo 650. My original Registration key did not work and a new one was sent. Unfortunately, I only copied the first registration key. I sent an email for the correct registration key and sent my order number as requested. Now I am told I must buy the dictionary again. Your website says on of the advantages of buying from you is that you will send registration key numbers if lost due to a a computer crash. Why must I buy another dictionary?
