Problem with phonetics on 7610

My 7610 seems to have problems with the fonts for pronunciation - some character are missing. Does anyone have a solution? I've installed Ectaco
English - German Dictionary 1.0.6. Firmware is: 4.0421.4 22-05-04 RH-51

Please perform a soft reset and run dictionary once more time (please find information regarding "soft reset" in User's guide of your smartphone).

I formatted my 7610 so it was completely empty and then I installed
ectaco dictionary. Didn't help. My mobile has a branded german firmware.
I think the for the phonetics used font is simply not installed on my
mobile.

Could you please tell me where to download this font?

You should install the dictionary once more, then do "soft reset" (not hard reset), then launch the dictionary. Please let me know if you have further assistance.

This time I performed a soft-reset by typing *#7780#. I did as you said - but still the same problem. Any other ideas?

Please try to additionally install ECTACO Dictionary English-Spanish for Mobile Phones Symbian Series 60 (NOKIA 7650/3650/6600)

It also has the fonts for pronunciation. After installing make soft-reset. If this doesn't help, then there is some problem wiht your device.
