I just installed the eng-korean dictionar (ver2.7.23) to my ppc (toshiba e750), and everything works, except for korean keyboard. it opens and accepts hanja characters, but instead of releasing each syllable, it tries to put all the characters together. i have to keep putting in ㅃ everytime to release each character. is there any better way to put in characters?
ie. if i try to put "실망" into the program it puts the ㅅ,ㅣ,ㄹ,ㅁ all in one syllable and the ㅏ, and ㅇ in a different syllable.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
dk

Good day!
Thank you for interest in our products.
The korean keyboard really tries to combine all characters together,
but you can easily finish input of hanja characters by choosing symbol in preview windows.
Its a small field just above keyboard where you can see hanja characters you entered. Just tap it with your stylus to finish input of the caracter.
//Chinese/Japanese keyboards work in the similar way.

is there a way it automatically moves characters over to the next syllable (ie. like the korean keyboard on regular PCs)? or better yet, is there a keyboard format similar to those used in korean cell phones? i heard you can be almost as fast on these keyboards as you are on regular keyboard.
thanks,
dk

No, in current Korean keyboard you need to tap popup window to finish symbol.
But in 2-3 weeks Korean dictionary will be updated
and we will add possibility to use [space] and [Enter] keys for moving syllable to text string.
You also can suggest other method you prefer, and we'll implement it, if possible.
Best regards

Hi,
My keyboard does not show the preview window, so I cannot tap it to finish a character. I have LingvoSoft Dictionary 2007 Eng-Kor (non-talking). I have tried to reinstall the keyboard from KbdKo.cab several times but the preview does not work. I would appreciate any hint how to resolve this.
Regards,
Petr
