I installed LingvoSoft English to Vietnamese Dictionary and the program doesn't run, it does show up in the Windows Task Manager Process as .. ld-engvie.exe but does nothing else?

I cancelled the process numerous times and restarted the program, which results in the same thing happening.

I have tried the free version, the basic, standard and the gold version trials and they all do the same thing, they run in the background but the program does not show up.

I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, still no luck!

How can I purchase a product that does not work?
