Hello, please apology my English (more than three and a half decades ago, I learned it). I want to try to explain my problem: Last week I downloaded: "LingvoSoft Dictionary German <-> Italian for Palm OS". Yesterday I want buy it and followed this statements:
"LingvoSoft European Dictionary Pack for Palm OS contains LingvoSoft Dictionary German <-> Italian for Palm OS as long as set of other useful linguistic applications. Get more – pay less! Click here if you want to use this option." I did and paid it, but I only got the links for the English Dictionaries for the european languages. But nowhere the link or the Registration-Key for the Dictionary German <-> Italian.
I wrote two eMails but nothing happens. I could not understand, why?
My opinion is: When they write it, they have to do it! But I´m living in the old europe and have no possibilities to get my rights in the USA. I missed correctness in business by Lingvosoft. With sadly greeting from Germany
