I bought LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary English <-> Chinese Simplified for Pocket PC three days ago but the registration key from website does not work. I try to read and reinstall the program several times. Finally, I contacted the technical supports but no any response from them. Please help me!!

Different poster than the last two - I'm also having this problem with your English <-> Japanese (Romanization) dictionary. I sent an e-mail yesterday. Hoping for a quick response.

Looks like you guys have some bugs to fix :/

I just bought the Chinese <-> English Dictionary. and the registration Key doesn't work.

Are you guys a fraudulent organziation? why are all these posts saying the same thing? Send me my registration key! (I bought it at 7:50 AM on July 31st)

I just purchased the full Russian language pack. The keys I received were all 12 characters. The software wants a 25-character key. What is the deal? Did I miss something? Help...

I received keys for some of my titles, but not all. I also had to ask for the keys after the original keys did not work. They keys I received in response to those that did not work were very different. I'd like to hear an explanation of why this is. Why did I not receive the keys for what I paid for when I paid for it?

Man, I thought this would be a new problem. But what an upgrade this must be when the first reports were six months ago.

Buyer beware. posting reviews accordingly to palm OS websites on this issue.

I had also get a nonworking registration key:
The key I get was 25 characters but the input field is
only 12 characters long.

ok -- problem found
to many differrent programs for nearly the same thing
and I allways started the wrong program :ps:

- But it would be nice, if a registration code for a higher level
(Speaking and gold version)
program would be also work to the lower level programs
(non speaking or normal version)
