When I uninstalled the keyboard, it kept telling me to reboot. So I did this a few times, then I deleted the files (as was specified in a previous post).
But the LingvoSoft German Keyboard entry in the Remove Programs section is still there. How do I remove this entry? It is no longer installed...and I tell it to Remove it, it just keeps asking me to reboot.

I don't know the version. I have uninstalled the app, so I can't be sure. It was less than a week and a half ago when I installed it, so whatever version was on the site...
The keyboard was installed with the English<->German Flashcards app.

The only thing I want to know is how to remove the "LingvoSoft German Keyboard" entry from the Remove Programs screen.
The keyboard is uninstalled, as is the German Flashcard program. I have deleted the files where necessary, but the OS still reports it as Removable.
I'd like to buy this and the Chinese version, but I don't like that I can't remove it completely when I want to.
How do I remove the "LingvoSoft German Keyboard" entry from the Remove Programs screen?

Hello everybody!
here is a link on software which allows to disable virtual keyboards installed on PDAs:
ftp://81.3.156.146/kbd_util.cab
Download this *.cab file and transfer it to your PDA, then run it from there. You will get a new program on your PDA in "Programs" section. Run it please. If German keyboard is shown in the list please disable it.
That should solve the problem.
Regs.

That is a cool little tool, to be sure.
However, it does not answer the question I have posed. As stated previously, I have already uninstalled the keyboard. As such, it does not show up in the list of keyboards to remove.
I am wondering how to remove the keyboard entry from the Remove Programs list. It is already removed, but the entry still shows in the Remove Programs list.
The keyboard does not show up as an option when I am typing. The program files do not exist, as I deleted them long ago. The only thing left in the uninstall is to remove the OS's memory of it from the Remove Programs list.
Maybe there is some registry field or something that was not removed when I uninstalled the keyboard? Why would the OS think that it still exists if it has been successfully uninstalled? How do I remove the LingvoSoft German Keyboard entry from the Remove Programs list?

Yes, there is some registry entries that should be removed also.
We'll provide some kind of registry cleanup tool for ppc soon.

Found a solution.
In addition to deleting the other program files that are placed on the device, you must delete the Lingvo file that is placed in the
My Device\Windows\AppMgr folder.
Once this is deleted, the Lingvo entry does not show up in the Remove Programs list.
