CLIE NX70X or NX80V-TTS Issue

Hi,

The problem is that the structure of Sony Clie's ARM processor differs markedly from other ARM processors. I cannot promise you that well be upgrading the apps for Clie, as it's rumored that Sony is going to discontinue production of this device. Probably you should try a non-talking dictionary? Please let me know if you need it exchanged for another item.

.... but I think your missing a very good chance to enhance your business being that many profession use the CLIE line of handhelds.

I for one have a nx-80v and was very disappointed when I was unable to use the the talking english-romanian Palm OS program.

I'm almost tempted to buy ECTACO English <-> Romanian Audio PhraseBook B-3, but who wants to pay 150+ when I have a perfectly good handheld.

Any patches to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Or any reference to a sound utility that could help with the TTS to work correctly.

Sorry, but we are not planning to support Clie as currently we have more
priority development tasks. Unfortunately our development resources are restricted. So I would advise you to purchase ECTACO English <-> Romanian Audio PhraseBook B-3 or look for required solution provided by other developers.
