I already contacted your RMA dept got James, whom didnt identify himself or your company. I have a RMA# 253767R.

I have left several messages on your Customer Service Line and on RMA and nothing has been done.

I checked my emails from both my accounts and no contact.

I was told by James that I will be charged w/shipping as well as restocking fees. I want those reimbursed to me.

This is the POOREST customer service I have ever had. I will make sure that I tell everyone how poor of service I have had w/your company.
