Can not open C-Pen software!!!

Problem.
Now i can not open this program.

I tried to uninstall and install again but still have problem.
I receive message:
"Another application that is C-Pen is lareday started. It's recommended that this application is uninstalled. Then start C-Pen Core."

Very interesting thing.
Sometimes i can open sometimes it's not possible.
When i open, i can't update and can't download a free dictionary with voucher. I have a mesage: Installation failed.

I'm waiting for your reply impatiently.

P.S. I've already checked a content in SYSTEM TRAY. Only one C-Pen is downloaded.

Hey,

I would recommend contacting support via the email [email protected] They will be best to help out the problem.

I suggest trying this software on a different PC if possible.

Also try removing all C-Pen software and then re-installing. I think their are actually 2 programs that download so if you remove just one it may not work.

While i work for Ectaco i am not tech support so i can only provide insight based on my experiences.
