Hello, i have a ebookman 911 and lost the OS because empty batteries, now im trying of make use of him and this can´t install the OS from the CD or Internet because the desktop manager stop when try to connect to the webpage of Franklin to authentificate him.
Can you help me, i have the windows xp sp3.
