I was hoping an upgrade from 35a to 35m would help my booting problem, but I cannot get past the Jetbook logo screen when trying to upgrade. I've reformatted the SD card which does read and cannot get Jetbook to the "ok to continue to upgrade" screen. It freezes on the logo page. I read I need to install 34b first and the same freezing happens, so it's not the version of firmware.
Also noted that when backing up my files or transferring ebooks via usb cable, my windows xp or 7 freezes every time..
Is there anything I"m missing here to try to get this accomplished?

Just to be sure, I reformatted another brand (SansDisk) sd card and still the same results. Jebook will not advance past the logo screen.
