A couple of months ago I posted that I can't get my jetbook to update...tried everything suggested...one of jetbook people told me to send in but I lost the forum and need address to do this.

I'm still wondering why you waited so long to get this fixed... Is there any reason why people are afraid to contact customer/technical support lines? I'm not trying to be funny or anything, but I'm wondering because I see plenty of threads where people air out problems or show they are upset, but all the issues are things that should have been taken up with the company directly.
