Well, first I have to say that I am quite pleased with my EP900. It works brilliantly and hopefully lasts for quite some time.
My ONLY complaint with Ectaco is the customer service department. I have called numerous times only to be put on hold. You see, my problem is simply that I purchased my unit on the premise of the 3-for-1 Back To School Sale. My unit arrived and I did not get the other items that were supposed to be included. I called Ectaco and finally got through to someone that stated that he would be sending my items (Electronic Translator and Accessory Pack) UPS and I would have it within a week.
It's been over a week and I never received the items due to me in the advertised special.
My order number is: eOrd-439258 and customer ID # is e213947.
I would appreciate this being sent to me.

Thanks for the question! The 3 for one offer is only for multilingual items, these are items with 6 or more languages starting at $450.

Your device should have had a promotion whereby you received an accessory pack as a free gift. I did just review your order however i noticed this accessory pack was not included. If a representative told you otherwise it may be best to speak with the person who took your order (if placed on the phone).

6 or more languages - Please point me to where it states that in the verbage. I do not see reference to that anywhere on that page. That page is just a sales promotion page (no terms at all listed there)

Thanks for the question and sorry about the confusion. It appears this order was placed over the phone with a representative. Discounts, deals and promotions given by a representative may be different then those for online orders.

Just wondering... but shouldn't it be made clear exactly what someone is going to be getting with their order at time of purchase?
I'm new here, but I mean it just seems it would be common courtesy.

Although we try our best to make to make an order clear at the time of purchase misunderstandings and general confusion sometimes occurs. Here's what we do to eliminate this confusion.
