Hi,

Ive been quite patient, but since its hard to get any response from you within a shorter amount of time, im now gonna try here;

I recieved a product from you, that within 1 hour malfunctioned and stopped working. We agreed to send it back, wanting the money back. Now, only a few days later, we send it back, and we kept track of it.

We can now see it is being held by the US customs, and now, 2 weeks later, it is still there. However, we contacted Ectaco to gain information to know if this was normal, would change anything and/or they could let us know why and inform us when our money would be returned.

As of now, call and emails later, we still have recieved no response from Ectaco.

So we try again; Why is it being held, and when can we assume to have our money back?

The tracking number provided to me is CC 49 055 927 8 DK.

In the tracking service is just says "arrived to the u.s" and then "U.s. Customs".

We do not know why it is being held, thus our question here,

I suspect its the "traditional" post way, if you know what i mean. I send it with the danish local mail, so it must be your own local mail delivery that is delivering to you.

Hey,

Ok, the shipping department indicates that the package will be able to be tracked here http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm at the USPS tracking website.

Right now the information says "Your item is being processed by United States Customs. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later"

Since it does not say the item is being held for further inspection it may just be a waiting game. I have seen packages take over a month to pass through unfortunately. The only option i can see from here is for you to contact the US customs office. Maybe they would be able to expedite the process.
