hi
just yesterday received C-Pen 3.5
Super! But i have one problem: can't scan small fonts (pen doesn't recognize them ). How can i solve this problem?

Thanks for the question! Please note i will be moving this thread within 24 hours to the proper section "Ectaco Forum" https://www.ectaco.com/ectaco-forums/show/45.page.

The C-Pen scanner should be able to scan fonts as small as 5pt. If for some reason is is having difficulty the text may be an odd font, or their may be lines directly above and below (like in a novel).

When you scan it does nothing come up? Or are the words mixed up?

Please let me know and i will do my best to help with everything!
