Jetbook PDF Zoom Issue

Hi All,
Two of the features that use to work before are not working on my device after firmware upgrade. Now I'm on v0.35m v18.
1) PDF manual that comes with Jetbook zooms properly (although no option select font size). But my own PDF files do not zoom at all. Entire page is fit in one screen. As a result fonts become so small that it is not readable. If I press zoom (lens with F) key hour glass comes for sometime then disappears. But nothing happens.
2) Scrolling does not work any more. When press up and down arrows, it takes me to next page instead of scrolling through same page.

Have you tried turning reflow off? By default it is on. Then try font change or fit width.

How do I do that?
I could not find a setting in jetbook.
Is it something with the pdf file I need to change? (Before I put it on jetbook)
This use to work very well with old firmware for same files.

Function key - left hand top above "OK" button and choose near bottom of list.
