I bought three Jetbook Lites for myself and family members. One of them has an unreliable page turn slider switch. Sometimes it works OK, but often I can slide it several times and nothing happens, especially in the page back (up) direction. Since the other two units work fine, this does not seem to be a design issue affecting all units, so I have recommended this reader to a number of people.

The unit was purchased in Dec. (7 months ago). Is this replaceable under warranty, and how do I return it? Do I need an RMA?

Hey,

Thanks for the question! As long as the device wasn't dropped or damaged it would definitely be under warranty. You can contact technical support directly and they can issue an RMA number. The number there is 718-728-3605 or you can email [email protected].

Hope this helps!

Thanks, Jerry. I hope they keep you on board.
