model iTravl NTL (NSG 40) Delux (Eng-Rus)

1. When I'm connecting C-pen, new menu appear - "USB - Data transfer or Charging?". Second or two later appear correct scanning window, but first menu do not die, even when C-pen is disconnected. (I'm inserting cable's end with letter "C" to C-pen). Is this software bags?

2. When I'm using audioplayer or Voice Recorder, battary discharging very fast, because of display is alltime on. Can you somehow redress this software defect?

3. How can I convert *.PCM file from Voice Recorder program to *.WAV or some another common PC format?

4. How long lifetime of the staff battary in a working regime?

5. Can I download some new programs or upgrades for this unit free?

Hey Sergey,

3. Unfortunatly we don't have or sell conversion software so it would have to come from a 3rd party source.

4. Battery life is really hard to say, the iTravl i use lasts around 5 hours or so on a
