Language Teacher and U-Learn modules are missing EHu900

Hi,

I cannot locate the Language Teacher and the U-Learn modules on my wife's brand new (received today) EHu900. There is no relevant icon under the Language Studies section (the first icon is for the English Grammar module)

These modules are very important for us as my wife wants to use this machine for her English studies (in fact we decided for this rather expensive machine, because it offered language teacher modules over the common dictionaries.

How can i get these modules working?

Please advice.

Uhh, I just got the following reply from Ectaco customer service:

Thank you for your mail.

As it's stated in the user's guide the functionality of the units may differ each other depending of the language pair included to it.
Your unit doesn't have these applications.

I honestly hope that you just kidding with me. I purchased this rather expensive product over much cheaper electronic translators (like a Franklin from the local BestBuy at 100$) because of the promised language teacher module. Now after I am out of 500 bucks you are telling me that my unit does not have these applications? Come on, this is one of your key feature, all of your marketing material advertises it, including the youtube video with your sales manager, the downloadable manuals, etc...

I did checked your Partner EHu 900 specification on your website before I pulled the trigger and ordered your product. I am sorry, but it is clearly mentioned there that:
