The last Ectaco product I will ever buy

Unfortunately the jetbook will be the last Ectaco product I will every buy.

I have been waiting for an update to the firmware for the Jetbook since before comdex. We keep getting promises about an update and one was released for DRM on a product that was released AFTER the original Jetbook.

Great product but support sucks. I have asked repeatedly if a developer package would be released and told that that was under consideration. Guess what ? even an answer was an empty promise.

We were told the jetbook would support DRM, it does not, at this point I am not going to spend any more time with it. I started to port Android to the jetbook and had the base core running, I get paid a lot of money to program and should not have to spend my time working on a deficient product that lacks any real support.
