Hi,
I bought a Jetbook as a birthday gift for someone. On the day i received it i switched it ON to test it and after that fully recharged the battery.
However on the big day the Jetbook refused to switch ON. I thought that the battery is empty and tried to charge it, the battery bar on the screen was running, however the green LED is not lit.
I tried to charge it with the supplied adapter and also with the USB cable, each time left it over night. Still the Jetbook refuses to turn ON.
I also did the initialization as described in the manual and in one of the topics of this forum, still the device is not responding.
I can switch it ON only while it's connected to the charger.
